AC Hydraulics Return Policy
At AC Hydraulics, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality hydraulic parts and equipment. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, and our return policy is outlined below:
🔹 Special Order Parts
- All special order parts are non-returnable. Once an order is placed for a non-stocked or custom-ordered part, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
🔹 Non-Stocked Parts
- Non-stocked parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🔹 Stocked Items
- Stocked, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns will not be accepted for installed, used, or damaged items.
🔹 Additional Terms
- All returns require prior authorization from AC Hydraulics. Please contact us before returning any item.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- AC Hydraulics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
